      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is available. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs clearance fees, tariffs, and duties.​

      ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders typically ship within 48 hours. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.​

      SHIPPING DELAYS: Carriers may experience delays due to pandemics, weather, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we have no control over the delivery timeline, regardless of the shipping service selected. We do not guarantee delivery times and make no warranties regarding shipping speed, carrier performance, or estimated delivery dates.​

      We will not issue refunds (full or partial) under any circumstances for delayed deliveries.

      ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION: You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:​

      1. You provided an invalid email address, and the email bounced back.​
      2. The email has been filtered into your spam/junk folder.​

      Please check your spam folder or contact us if you need assistance.​

      PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED: If your package does not arrive and tracking information shows that:​

      1. The package is not in transit,​
      2. The package was not delivered, or​
      3. No notice of delivery was left by the carrier,​

      your package may have been lost in transit. Please contact us so we can file an insurance claim and, if necessary, send a replacement order. To file a claim, we will need to verify:​

      • Order number
      • Shipping address
      • Telephone number

      LIABILITY OF LOST PACKAGES: We are responsible for your order only until the tracking status shows it has been delivered or the carrier provides proof of delivery. If tracking states that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, you may contact us to file a claim.​

      • The carrier may contact you directly to resolve the matter.​
      • We will only replace your order if shipping insurance is recovered from the carrier.​

      It is your responsibility to ensure that your package is shipped to a safe location and to retrieve it in a timely manner from a parcel box or carrier.​

      To file a claim, we require verification of:​

      • Order number
      • Shipping address
      • Telephone number

      We do not provide refunds for packages that the carrier deems delivered under any circumstances.

      RETURN TO SENDER: If your order is returned to us due to an invalid shipping address or any other reason, we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping and a restocking fee:​

      • $4.99 for trucker hats
      • 3.0% of the purchase price for all other items

      This policy also applies to orders with Free Shipping.​

      We will not reship returned orders at our expense. If you would like the order re-shipped, you will need to place a new order.​

      LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Crush Groovin LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, lost shipments, or carrier-related issues. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that liability for any shipping-related claims lies solely with the carrier.​

      FORCE MAJEURE: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or carrier failures. In such cases, shipping timelines may be extended without prior notice.​

      RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER: All orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) Origin, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the package. Crush Groovin LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the order has been handed off to the carrier.​

      NO CHARGEBACKS OR PAYMENT DISPUTES: By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for shipping-related issues, including delayed deliveries or lost packages. Any disputes must be resolved directly with Crush Groovin LLC and the shipping carrier. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.​

      FRAUD PREVENTION: We reserve the right to investigate claims of lost or undelivered packages. If a package is marked as delivered and the customer disputes it, we may require a sworn affidavit, additional verification, or confirmation from the carrier before issuing a replacement or filing a claim. False claims may be subject to legal action.​

      GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
